Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical & conceptual thinking skills.
- Experienced at generating reports & presenting to stakeholders.
- Competent at BA technical documentation: from UMLs, and customer journeys to process flows.
- Strong knowledge of service design.
- Strong documentation of software development lifecycles and Agile.
- Strong written & verbal communication.
