Job Description
A growing software company offer software solutions to the Scandinavian market, with most clients coming from Norway’s ISV sector is looking for a Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst to join its fast-growing team.
Requirements
- Have 3 – 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Proven track record of BA throughout product life-cycle, communication between PM/PO and Dev team.
- Expert at requirements gathering, writing of stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in creating/maintaining application process flows.
- Experience in using Azure DevOps or Jira or similar tools to manage product backlog.
- Experience in managing or working with mobile apps and websites.
- Must be comfortable working in an agile environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, and exposure to client-facing projects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Gathering critical information from various stakeholders.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Create/maintain application process flows.
- Facilitate product owner to define user story and acceptance criteria.
- Drive Product Backlog Refinement sessions with Devs and Testers.
- Working closely with Project Manager, Product Manager, Scrum Master and Scrum Team for end-to-end release.
- Facilitate scrum events when needed.
- Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members.
- Provide guidance on test plan and quality assurance with manual and automation test engineer.
- Ensure quality of product and oversee the testing team.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing and SIT (if required).
- Help to review user stories when done.
