Our client is actively looking for a talented Lead Data Engineer / Data Engineer to join its innovative team of professionals.
Key accountabilities
- Manage Zuellig Pharma’s data lake and data pipelines for key applications and systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable ETL processes.
- Establish proper version control of ETL processes and enable CI/CD.
- Support and contribute to the development of guidelines and standards for data pipelines.
- Develop capabilities to improve the data quality and integrity of our database systems.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of relevant work experience in managing data warehouses and data pipelines in systems.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Experience in high-level programming languages and database development experience: SQL, SP Functions, Entity-Relationship design and exposure to the cloud ecosystem (Azure), SAP HANA, Postgres, MongoDB, Talend and Hive.
- Experience in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and data lineage tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of API design and management and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience building and optimising data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
