Key Requirements
- BSc from an accredited institution.
- 1+ years experience in installing, and configuring windows based systems and environments.
- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and assisting users on windows based endpoints.
- Solid experience working with Azure AD, Intune, SCCM and MDM solutions.
- Solid knowledge of networking and endpoint security.
- Good scripting skills in power shell.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience working with Linux/ Unix based environments will be an added advantage.
