Skills and Experience Required
- 3 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency and experience in structured facilitation, and requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Experience in agile practices, ceremonies.
- Prior experience as a product owner is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s is a plus.
