Head of HR

A global innovation company focused on business growth through disruptive technologies is looking for a Head of HR to join their growing team.



  • Manage and oversee the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition, onboarding engagement to off-boarding, ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage.
  • Manage working policies and procedures in line with legal and statutory compliance of HR practices under Sri Lankan labor law.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management program to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Lead and manage the performance management process to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and development goals.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with Sri Lankan labor law.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization business strategy.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure a diverse and highly skilled workforce while managing organization objectives and SLAs.
  • Enable a culture of coaching, and high touch mentoring for personal growth of employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters and ensure alignment with company values and culture.
  • Activities and duties assigned by the reporting manager and/or employees of the company.
  • Wellbeing Initiatives.



  • 10+ years of proven work experience with at least 4-5 years in the IT industry.
