Tech Lead

A leading software company who offer software solutions to the Scandinavian market is looking for a Tech Lead to join their talented team.

Requirements

• Have 6+ years of relevant work experience and minimum of 01+ years of experience as a TL
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience in programming languages: JavaScript and/or Typescript and Python or Java, ReactJs, NodeJs
• Experience in deploying client-side applications on at least two platforms, including Linux and Kubernetes
• Proven experience in API development with Micro Service based architecture would be a plus
• Must be comfortable working in an agile environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and exposure to client-facing projects
• Passion for writing well-architected readable code that’s easy to maintain

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior developers, defining responsibilities and ensuring accountability
• Drive engineering excellence with efficient tools/processes; team mastery of toolchain
• Hands-on in frontend/backend; guide code reviews, architectural decisions, and documentation
• Own end-to-end projects in digital portfolio; lead by example
• Stay updated on tech trends/tools; champion their value to the team
• Provide guidance on best practices, trends; assess process/tool performance and architectural impacts
